Professor Yung Tse Hung, Ph.D., P.E., DEE, Fellow-ASCE, is Professor of Civil Engineering at Cleveland State University, Ohio, USA, since 1981. He has obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, and his Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970.  He has been on faculty and taught at 16 universities in 8 countries.  His research interests are in biological wastewater treatment, water and wastewater treatment.  He has about 15 books, 450 report and journal publications, and conference presentations in water and wastewater treatment.  He is a registered professional engineer, Fellow of American Society of Civil Engineers, diplomate of American Academy of Environmental Engineers.  He is Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Environment and Waste Management (IJEWM),  Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Environmental Engineering (IJEE), Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Environmental Engineering Science (IJEES).
